Hi. Just wanted to find out - although this is isometric, are there some assets within that can be used in a top-down game setting?

Yep, almost everything has eight directional facings (so N, E, S, W, and NE, SE, NW, and SW). I mostly use the diagonal-facing graphics for my images because that is what I like to utilize, but the facing like you posted here are included as well.
